We are licensed to deliver Team Teach, award-winning training, in positive behaviour management strategies at an affordable and competitive cost. Team Teach is accreddited by Institution of Conflict Management ICM.

Team teach has a strong emphasis on relationships and the attributes that drive behaviour. Our focus is 95% understanding behaviours and focusing on de-escalation and 5% the use of intervention. This is emphasised throughout our courses.

Our trainers have over 20 years experience in delivering Team Teach courses and come from a variety of professional backgrounds.

When booking direct with us, we will complete a pre-visit with you to discuss your training needs to make our training bespoke to you so we can meet your training needs

We can offer training on full days, inset days, weekends and twilight sessions. We will make it work around you.

Our course will....

Help increase your understanding and awareness of behaviour as a form of communication.
Improve team dynamic whilst supporting distressed individuals
Provide you with a toolkit of holistic strategies for risk management, crisis intervention and de-escalation.
Safe and simple positive handling techniques (if this is relevant to you- this will be discussed in your pre-visit)

Level Two

12 Hours

Medium-High Risk Settings

Refresher Every 12 Months

Our course will cover all of level one and-

Helping you build stronger team confidence in dealing with challenging behaviours
Understand and know relevant legal standards and expectations related to use of force, and of the reporting, recording, monitoring and evaluating requirements of incidents involving physical controls and reasonable force
Execute simple and safe positive handling and personal safety techniques: including guiding, escorting and holding in standing, sitting and kneeling positions safely, appropriate for your service setting needs, which focus on maximum care -minimum force
